The goal of our mentoring program is to provide constant, consistent, quality support to new teachers. Through RISE Mentoring, new teachers are paired with veteran teachers to form year-long partnership focused on professional growth and reflection. By providing quality support, we also help HR with the recruitment and retention of the best new teachers!

RISE Mentoring provides new teachers with layers of support through a system of Master Mentors and Mentors. Together, new teachers and mentors will complete a series of tasks designed to encourage professional growth and reflection.

RISE Mentoring provides participants access to KickUp and SIBME platforms. We use these programs to manage mentoring tasks, record observations and reflect on teaching practices throughout the year.
