Stacey Barber is an accomplished Executive Director with a wealth of experience in educational leadership and program management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Professional Development for Pasadena Independent School District, Stacey has been instrumental in guiding operational strategies and ensuring fiscal responsibility since January 2024. Her leadership style is characterized by strong team development, effective communication, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
With over two decades of experience in various educational roles, including Principal and Assistant Principal at Beverly Hills Intermediate School, Stacey has a proven track record of inspiring positive relationships among students, faculty, and the community. She is dedicated to creating a climate that promotes lifelong learning and has successfully implemented innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement.
Stacey holds a Master of Science in Educational Management from the University of Houston – Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University. Her contributions to the field have been recognized with prestigious awards, including the TMEA Distinguished Administrator in 2018 and Secondary Principal of the Year for 2019-2020.
A passionate advocate for professional development, Stacey actively engages in mentoring new district leaders and presenting at educational conferences. Her professional philosophy centers around inspiring all stakeholders to strive for their personal best, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and community engagement within the educational landscape.
Annette Demaret is an experienced educator with a diverse professional background serving as a teacher, campus coach, RISE Instructional Specialist and Coordinator of Mentoring for Pasadena ISD since 2005. She holds a Master of Education in Administration from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Science from Texas State University.
As Coordinator of Mentoring and member of the RISE Team, she focuses on recruiting, retaining, and developing highly qualified staff for Pasadena ISD. Annette enjoys engaging with staff through district professional development, instructional coaching and providing campus support. In addition to her RISE work, Annette represents the district on several Region 4 communities of practice and assists in facilitation of the Aspiring Administrator and Counselor Academy for PISD.
Jessica Frinsco is an experienced educator with a diverse professional background, having served as an ESL/ELAR Teacher, Peer Facilitator, ATCP Instructional Specialist, and RISE Instructional Specialist since 2006. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Houston Clear Lake.
As a RISE Instructional Specialist, Jessica focuses on designing and providing impactful professional development to support the growth and retention of highly qualified educators in Pasadena ISD. She is dedicated to fostering collaboration and mentoring within the educational community, engaging with staff through targeted training and on campus coaching.
In addition to her work in RISE, Jessica currently assists with facilitating the Aspiring Administrator and Counselor Academy, contributing to the development of future educational leaders. Her commitment to professional growth and support for new teachers remains a driving force in her career.
Ryan Fountain is an accomplished instructional leader from Michigan who has been part of Pasadena ISD since 2013. He has a diverse teaching background, including roles as an elementary teacher in fine arts, second grade general education, and fourth grade personalized learning instructor. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Michigan State University and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Lamar University. He currently works as the RISE Instructional Specialist within PISD's Academic Achievement team.
In his role as an Instructional Specialist for the RISE team, Ryan actively engages in various activities that support educators. He visits classrooms, coaches teachers, provides professional development, and collaborates with PISD leadership to address the needs of the district's educators. Ryan is well-known for conducting workshops that cater to educators at all levels. His sessions are characterized by their energetic, engaging, inspiring, and innovative nature, making a significant impact on teaching practices within the district. Through his dedication and expertise, Ryan Fountain continues to enhance the instructional landscape of Pasadena ISD, fostering a supportive environment for both teachers and students.
